Who needs it

A plan nobody has tested isn’t a plan

Tabletops show who does what, where the gaps are and how decisions really get made under pressure.

  • Your incident response plan has never been exercised
  • CMMC, HIPAA or SOC 2 expects you to test your response capability
  • Your cyber insurer asks about incident readiness
  • Leadership or key staff have changed since the plan was written
Compliance note

Built for assessors too

Our after-action report is designed to serve as evidence that you tested your incident response capability, as CMMC requires.

FAQ

Common questions

Who should attend?

Leadership, IT or your MSP, and anyone who would make or carry out decisions in a real incident, such as finance, legal and communications.

How long does an exercise take?

Most sessions run two to three hours, plus planning beforehand and the report afterward.

Is it technical?

No. It’s a discussion-based exercise. The goal is to test decisions, communication and roles, not systems.

How often should we run one?

At least once a year, and after major changes to your team or environment.
